What is an EICR and do I need one?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report is a formal inspection of the fixed wiring in a property. An EICR is recommended every ten years for homeowners and is mandatory every five years for landlords in England. Landlords who cannot produce a valid EICR can face fines of up to 30,000 pounds. Our NICEIC registered inspectors carry out EICR testing across Fulham and issue the certificate on completion.
How quickly can you attend an emergency?
